The Di-LOG ALVA EV Installation Multifunction Tester Kit combines the trusted accuracy of the ALVA Multifunction Tester (MFT) with the targeted EV capabilities of the DLEVLite Type 1 EVSE Adaptor, delivering a compact, high-performance solution for electric vehicle charge point testing. Ideal for contractors and EV specialists, this kit enables fast, reliable, and fully compliant testing of Mode 3 EV installations in line with 18th Edition requirements.
At the heart of the kit is the Di-LOG ALVA MFT, a next-generation multifunction tester fully compliant with BS EN 61557. It features a high-resolution full-colour TFT screen, user-interactive pass/fail limit setting, and testing support for RCD types AC, A, B, B+, EV and F. With automated Continuity & Earth Loop Auto Start, a dual display, and intelligent 2/3 wire loop detection, it simplifies daily testing routines with greater speed and precision.
The MFT also includes a variable RDC test feature and 6mA RDC-PD/MD testing, enabling effective verification of EVSE charger safety. Inbuilt fuse tables provide immediate access to the maximum permitted Zs Loop values—essential for ensuring safe Earth Loop Impedance measurements in real-world installations.
